These terms govern your use of the Medkare mobile app and this marketing website, published by Sylvabit. By using Medkare, you agree to these terms.

The Medkare app

Medkare is provided as-is for personal medication tracking and reminders on your device.

Your responsibilities

• You are responsible for the accuracy of information you enter.
• You are responsible for how you use reminders, logs, and exported data.
• You must keep your device secure if it contains health-related information.

Medkare is not medical advice and is not a substitute for professional care from a qualified healthcare provider. Always follow your prescriber, pharmacist, or clinician's instructions. Medkare does not check drug interactions, recommend doses, or provide clinical guidance.

Purchases (Medkare+)

Medkare+ is an optional premium subscription. Payment is processed by the Apple App Store or Google Play and is subject to each store's terms and policies.

• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel in your store account settings before the renewal date.
• Refunds and billing disputes are handled according to the applicable app store's rules.
• We may change Medkare+ features or pricing with notice where required by the store or law.

Your data

Medication and health-related data you enter is stored locally on your device as described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for backups and exports if you want to keep a copy outside the app.

This website

This marketing website provides information about Medkare and links to app stores. It does not host or process your in-app medication data. Use of the website is also subject to our Privacy Policy.
